it explains how this person of hatian background was known to police but immigration canada refused to deport this known gangmembertroublemaker ack in 2003 with the excuse , you do not know what dangers this person faces back there in haiti!
Well to me, if they shipped him back ,and the government killed him there, an innocent man alive today, and 1 less piece of garbage on the street!
Now our tax dollars go to support and care for this person.
Well this outstanding member of the comunity, shot dead an innocent man ,who was visiting from ottawa.ya you guessed it,his crime which enfrated this gandmember ,he had the wrong colour shirt on,a red shirt in an area dominated by the crack dwon pose, whos colours are blue.
i have always wondered what happened to outpatients of the douglas hospital?
Well now i know,they put them in imigration canada offices and give them a short list of criteria for acceptance.
sadly, if memory serves me right ,one of the top doctors in the world a neurosergeon was refused-because they could not speak french,yet this piece of garbage who was a known gang member was welcomed with open arms becaause he spoke french!
what ever happened to importing people who could contribute to the society?
