Actually those puffy tofu are usually used in dishes with soups or hot pot!

They absorb easily and get the flavor of whichever soup they are!

I love them!!

You can try Shanghai sponge tofu (kao fu). They are perfect for cold dishes like the noodle you made.

One of my favorite (served) cold dish with it is braised with mushrooms:

Tried some Greek food today at Restaurant Zante downtown for dinner.

i ordered the Greek lamb chops with potatoes, broccoli, corn, bread.

and the desert! Loukoumades.
