It is called Hortobágyi Palacsinta.
Basically chicken paprikás inside crepes with the same sauce and drizzled with sour cream.

I have a zillion food photos on my phone, and in the past I had no trouble uploading them on MERB, but I am not able to upload any of them into this thread. I am getting a message that "the uploaded file is too large for the server to process." These are very basic iPhone 14 photos I can and have sent to anyone in my contacts. What's up with that???
I have to open it on my computer and use the Snippet Tool. Then cut and paste the pic in here.
Chole Bhature - Puffed roti, chana, raita, pickled onions and spicy pickles. So goddamn good it's not fair.
I send it to my WhatsApp and save them. It automatically downsize it and it's ready to be uploaded!
They don't stay closed with too much filling. I now have a tool for the closing part, much faster and consistent. Fresh dumpling are so delicious!!!!You should put more filling! The burrito way!
