Snow ❄️ crab season has started!

In Florida, it's the end of Stone Crab season (until May 1), but these claws are as good eating as any crab that is out there! Time to head down south!

Executive summary is that the Snow Crab is essentially the "poor man's Crab", while the more expensive Stone Crab is more of a luxury item. It's all about what taste profile you favor and what you are willing to pay for your seafood.

Me personally I take Stone Crab fresh any day of the week and am not scared off by the price.
