How reliable are photos these days?

No names so we can avoid hassle, but here's something I came across.

New girl at a top agency and her photos were of somebody else.
A Merbite spotted this and posted the news in the girl's review thread.

The weird thing: nobody was surprised. No posts about it being a scandal.
A top agency runs a photo scam and . . . business as usual.

I don't keep up super-much, but is this the new normal?
Fake pictures used to be for scam shops, not reliable agencies.

Key point: the girl's at a different agency now and her photos there look legit.

Also, I don't fault the reviewers for lack of outrage. Maybe they've got no reason
to be surprised -- which is exactly what worries me.

Sometimes there are agencies saying that the lady is similar at xx% of the photo.

An agency once stole my photos. It wasn’t a reputable one so I wasn’t surprised

An independent stole mine so I asked if she meets women, booked her, and showed up wearing the lingerie from the pics. Made her delete her ads and left.

How did that session go? Lol
There wasnt one. I showed up, asked if her photos were real before we proceed. She said yes so I asked if she was sure. She said yes so I got undressed (well, removed my clothes to reveal my lingerie) and asked her again if she was sure. She said no and got nervous, I made her delete her ads and I left. I checked again a few times and she never used my photos again after that lol

Lesson learnt: don't messed up with Julia lol

But I think it's a good lesson. I guess she will never steal someone else pictures again haha

How reliable? Depends on the agency, but also “reliability “ can be subjective. A picture from 5 years ago may be considered reliable, but often its not a realistic representation of what someone would look like today.

Or they use weird angles that make them look better

Reliable enough that an agency wouldn't say pictures of one woman were actually pictures of another woman.

Angles, touching up, old photos -- all familiar little tricks. But fake photos are something else.
