What is the best site to hear about these announcements?

When I say to be cautious about it, it's just guesses from people out there and on highly leveraged asset types. The risk is high so you need to accept it.
And it's always a 50/50 rule, like they a chance to be right ...

I get it. I am asking about announcements not speculation. For example, in the previous posts it said, "OpenAI announced a 10% stake..." Where would I find this announcement? Also, "White House has said it will take 10$ stake in Trilogy..." Where would I find this announcement?
