Help with possible scammy agency policies!

Newbie here again! Just tonight, I sent $50 to secure a SP to come to meet at a hotel on Sunday. She told me tonight that I have to pay the full amount of the time spent through e-transfer. Now, she told me she cannot take any money directly, because it is her agency's policy. But this was never explained before I sent the $50. The $50 was to pay for her cab fare. Also, there is no mention of this policy in her ad! I was under the impression that I simply pay cash when she arrives. She said that I can pay through e-transfer when she arrives at the hotel. I never ever use my phone to pay e-transfers, only on my desktop at home. I asked her four times to return the $50. She told me there is a cancellation policy. I'm incensed! What do you all think about this?? Oh, by the way, yes this agency I found on Leolist! I am prepared for the brickbats! Thanks to all.

Also, she told me that she is never to touch the money herself. Only her boss receives the money. For outcalls, she mentioned the following: booking confirmation fee: $50, to be e-transferred to the bosses' account. The full amount to be paid by e-transfer (not before) but when she arrives at the hotel. However, for incalls, I could pay in cash the full amount (to her boss) at the hotel in Anjou. The name of the hotel where she works is called Quality Hotel & Suites in Montreal East. The boss, the girl and "agency" are all SouthEast Asians. Finally, for what it's worth, the girl and I only communicated on Whatsapp.
