I'm not sure about superhero costumes but I think that Delilah Sansregret does (or used to do) cosplay. I've never seen her but I always thought she looked smart and fun.

When I went to Japan cosplay is huge there I went to a maids cafe and the girls are crazy fun. I met one girl that I saw for a week every day for my afternoon coffee. I asked her if she would like to come to my hotel to be my private maid. It was pricey but an experience that I’ll never forget.
They even have service to play video games together, get scold or slapped literally GFE
In 2018, I wrote to her because there was a photograph of her in a Poison Ivy costume on her website. I asked if she would wear it for an encounter with me. She declined because the costume was uncomfortable. I didn’t push to meet her further, despite the fact that she seemed smart and fun. I remember that she was really into Red Dead Redemption II at the time.
I’m not sure if she offers cosplay at the moment.
I never cosplayed myself but I did get Arielle XO dress up many times in my sessions with her.
One timd she dressed up as a French maid and we roleplayed. She was the house maid and i was the rich guy, paying for her maid services, coming home from work and then naughty action ensues! Lol

For me it happened a couple of times. The first time was with an sp named Melanie. She unexpectedly showed up dressed as a french maid. She was from France so it was fitting. So we pretended to both play a role where i was a business client who had complained that his room hadn’t been cleaned well enough to his liking. Basically my role was playing an asshole who kept bitching about the service & the hotel & he had to punish the maid for what he perceived was incompetence. In order for him not to report her to the hotel & get her fired she begged him to let her make it up to him & reluctantly he agreed. And you can figure out the rest! Lol. We both enjoyed the experience & it seemed to have made the sex part more raw & intense with the both of us remaining in character throughout!
The second time was with another indy. One time we were together & discussing what we could add to our next encounter which would happen two days later. Since she had started to enjoy showing up wearing no underwear i suggested that she show up wearing a long coat wearing nothing underneath. “Nothing?”, she asked. “Nothing. Bare naked. Nude.”, i replied. She was enthusiastic & agreed. She said it could be fun! So i suggested that we meet somewhere downtown about a few blocks away from my hotel. We could pretend we’re shoppers & make our way towards the hotel together. Well it went even better than expected! We walked inside the Eaton Center together checking various shops, then on St-Catherine street we checked out a couple of cellphone stores, stopped for coffee at a Starbucks & eventually made our way towards the hotel where we spent a few minutes inside the lobby & flirting with one another. I asked her if she felt like having a drink at the bar & she declined & said “Let’s go in your room instead. I can’t wait to get going!” And so we went & the experience was great!
Some other time on halloween night i saw a hottie named Serina who showed up in a leopard costume. It caught me off guard. She asked me if i wanted her to leave it on & i said absolutely not! Lol. It’s the only time an sp ever showed up in a halloween costume. Sure the french maid outfit from Melanie could count however what she was wearing was not fit to be seen in public on Halloween! Lol.
