We exchange gifts at Christmas and give each other gifts on birthdays like the friends we are .
Sometimes vacations to other countries I will ask her if there is anything special she would like, or sometimes just because I feel like it and happen to see something that I think she will like or that we talked about.

It is nice to have a special and easy relationship like that she is an amazing young lady and I appreciate her kindness and friendship.

I hadn’t seen her before and had a good time and as I was leaving she handed me a gift bag with a card and some snacks from Japan. Very cute.

I remember I had a client who lived in Singapore bring me a box of pineapple jam cookies. He said a lot of people didn't love them, but he wanted to show me something from where he lives. The packaging was really nice and I still use the box to store beads for my jewelry making. This is actually one of my favorite presents I received even if it doesn't seem like a big deal.

Funny I recently bought a box of it. Originally pineapple cake is from Taiwan. But it's available throughout South East Asia.
It reminds me they also love to make very nice tim box that you don't want to trash ... Lol
