What is infuriating is that they heavily infer that women are manipulated and coerced into getting into the business but when demonstrating recruitment they show that it is the girls that call the agencies. No girl was “manipulated” and to me Clementine comes across as someone who has simply regretted their time as an escort and seeks redemption by denouncing her past behaviour but of course it has to be the men’s fault

Don’t look suspicious and you’ll be just fine. No one knew what you were doing in those buildings yesterday, it will be the same tomorrow so long as you look like you belong there

It’s not totally untrue tho, a lot of girls were referred by “friends” or are dragged by friends. Not all but a lot

The role of the journalist is to uncover and report on matters of public interest. Even if what is described in the episode represents 1% of clients, given the seriousness of what is described, it is still unacceptable and shocking. That being said, someone unfamiliar with escort agencies will not get a balanced picture of the reality on the ground by watching this episode. Nevertheless, what was reported is in the public interest.

Will the general public care that much about shutting it down? I'm not sure how much political pressure they'll feel...unless there's more proven trafficking/violence or minors involved.
Sir, have you heard of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? Prostitution is morally wrong because God designed sex as an intimate union within marriage, not as a commodity to be bought and sold. It reduces something sacred to a commercial transaction and too often exposes vulnerable people to exploitation and abuse. As Christians, we should oppose prostitution while treating those caught in it with compassion, dignity, and a genuine desire to help them find a different path.

They will probably reopen under new management downsize it or something. until the next time a journalist writes a story.

If you look at other interviews with her, she says that she initially started as a sugar baby, and she didn't know she would have to sleep with men.. which unfortunately used to be common. She was assaulted by one of the guys, then she revealed that to another ''daddy'' who told her that she should join an agency to be safer. That's where the story gets muddy. In my opinion it's possible that this man was just trying to help her work more safely, and he didn't know that she wasn't used to sleeping with the guys she met. But she didn't understand it that way. Personally I don't want to call someone a liar for expressing she had bad experiences.

Yeah that's how I see it. I'm sure these things happen and they are shocking and unacceptable, but it doesn't paint an accurate portrait of what is going on at all. They also seem to purposely confuse victims of sex trafficking with girls who worked at an agency and had bad experiences with the montage, the girl who talks about being put on leolist at 14 years old by her pimp, the house for girls who survived trafficking (?) etc. I think this isn't honest journalism, personally. I also think just only selecting people who had these scandalous and horrible stories to tell was deliberate.

Is euphoria officially closed or were all speculating . Aside from the site not working anymore
It started that way with Xo ... site close and then we learned of the bust. But then Xo basically splitted in 2 different agency at first. Then Forever basically became Xo (in term of roster, numbers and popularity) while the other remain a smaller agency.

2 things are sure. The first is that some (majority) of these women need the money, so they will likely contact James and ask if he plan on "fixing it" soon or they will end up somewhere else. Either another agency or advertising on LL. The second is that James also need money, so im sure he will want to rebound as soon as possible too. Unless for whatever reason he was already considering retirement and this just become his reason to do it. I know he been at it for a while and is likely very rich now. But with money, the more you have the more you want usually... But there is also the other bookers, heck even Mike is likely still around? Remember MTL GFE was absorbed into Euphoria years ago.

Just finished with the episode, it felt like they were using clementine's experience at XO and trying to prove that it's the same at euphoria, forever etc ( Maybe forever since it's the same family). I cant give much info but I know euphoria didn't operate the same way xo did. Im not saying James was an angel but the girls had their say. Journalism should be looking at all angles. To anyone seeing this video they are going to think everyone is coerced into working there.

When you're rich you also have expenses. Lifestyle inflation.

Mike is an owner of euphoria , and someone else. And they all need money. The more you make the more you spend the more you get into trouble .

Being told that you must offer BBBJ or you’re out isn’t exactly what I’d call having a choice
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
