Does a nice clean incall condo/location matter to you?

I've been to some nice incall locations over the years and I have to say the nicest cleanest ones always put me at ease. In my mind, I think "ok this agency is legit, they can afford top notch incall locations"

Whereas as a dirty mediocre incall location always leaves me feeling suspect and thinking something bad will happen.

I also prefer going to incall locations in safer cleaner areas of the city, nowhere ghetto.
If an incall is at a ghetto area, I probably wouldn't book with that agency again.

Luxury condo not very useful, as long as comfortable and solid furnishings and clean room, towels and sheets. Would also appreciate a nicely scented room however.

I don’t drive so a nice and clean location with an accessible subway station nearby is a big deal to me, no need for luxurious condo as long as it’s comfy

Can you give an example of what you consider a ghetto area? An area that means generally no-go? I'm genuinely curious

I always try to find a cafe to wait out the last couple of minutes and use the bathroom. So the location does matter some what.

Personally prefer modern clean condo. No need of luxury locations as this can raise the rates of SP.

Sometimes they have basement locations, can feel sketch.

Most important is ease of parking or subway and clean room and bathroom.

The cleaner and brighter the better for me! Some quirky charms are cool too! Seedy is a turnoff hahaha.
Also, I have met some high class girls pre-COVID that worked out of their own apartment. It was nice and intimate for me; but I don't know if I would want to do that if I was an SP

I don't really care, honestly. I've been in so many visually horrifying venues all over the world that I'm not in the slightest put off by ambiance and honestly, who spends time looking at the wall hangings and the potted flowers? What I do care about is that the provider and the bedding are clean and it's always nice to have a clean shower. I've been in upscale or "luxury" condos where the bathroom was disgusting and that was a bigger turnoff for me than having a seedy apartment.

Clean and good location matter. Clean bed, clean couch, a cofee table. Nice neighbourhood also important.

Clean, yes. Shower and bedroom that are clean is important. Nice? Meh. If the place is clean and the service is good, I'm fine.

For sure it does matter. I always dreamed of owning a high rise condo with views, so going to one is always a nice touch. No need to be high rise of course, but clean and recent puts me at ease.

What i don't like is security guard in the lobby though, and having to sign as a visitor. Of course i drop a fake name and overall info, but it's a hassle. High end buildings often come with that.
