I got a call from the hospital today because i went for testing about 2-3 weeks ago. I don't have any symptoms. However, i got an appointment with a specialist the guy said. Do i have something serious? is it permanent? The guy couldn't even tell me if I had an infection or not. But i have no symptoms at the moment, nothing.

I say if you have an appointment with a specialist following some tests, chances are that they found something. If I was you, I wouldn’t miss this appointment!
Only your doctor can answer this question of course, so I would not miss my appointment. Also, being asymptomatic is a thing, an infection does not necessarily come with symptoms. That is why it's important to get tested frequently when we are sexually active.

I would recommend a clinic, if the hospital is going to have you come in every time for negative results. For Pre-lib results, you schedule a call with a dr and they tell you everything is fine and that's that. La Licorne is even easier, they upload the results as they receive them to your online account, so no need for a phone call. La Licorne has doctors who do a quick check up when you go for the test (rest is done with the nurse) but Pre-Lib doesn't have doctors when you go in for testing - only for the results over the phone.
