Do bad reviews stop you from seeing a service provider, or are you still willing to give them a chance?

A lot of members may be missing out on good experiences because of a few negative reviews. Sometimes bad reviews come down to poor communication, bad chemistry, or mismatched expectations rather than the provider being genuinely bad. In fact, some of my best experiences have been with providers who had mixed reviews.

Reviews should help give you an idea of what to expect and whether the provider matches what you’re looking for, but the overall experience also depends on how the customer approaches the interaction. Respect, communication, and patience can make a huge difference.

I skip if they got poor reviews because I am not a regular user of escorts and with the pricing these days it matters more. An escort with consistently bad reviews it means there is a valid reason for that at close to $300 and then if you got to pay for a room then another $80 no thanks. However if I was a regular user of escorts like seeing weekly then I would be much more likely to book her. I spend most of my time at stripclubs.

I would say it depends of the bad review.

And why? I'm going to take the example of Google reviews on restaurants.

Lot of times when checking if a restaurant is good to go we are going to check the overall star rating and ultimately the reviews that make it. And the photos of course.

You may find most of the reviews are like 4-5 stars. Sometimes there are succinct comments, lengthy comments or no comments.

But then in the mix you will see 1 star reviews or less than 4-5 stars.
Then you begin to read those "bad" reviews. Sometimes there are no comments at all. Sometimes there are long text. Then you need to read them in details or behind the lines. Because most of the time (if not all), there is something that was off like delay in receiving the dish, no accommodation for a specific request, a waiter who somehow rude. But if you take a step back the reviewer experience wasn't all bad but that bad thing that happened or he didn't like make it sound terrible.
I now can quickly identify the "false" bad reviews where the client just wanted to tarnish the place's reputation for something that didn't go their way.
Sometime the restaurant might match the client testimonial and shed my details that were "omitted".

I think that this falls into the category of "poor communication, bad chemistry, or mismatched expectations rather than the provider being genuinely bad".

And I think that if you replace some words in my example above you can quickly relate to some bad reviews here.

I'm not saying that all bad reviews are bad. Just we need to have to read beyond the text itself.

Also one thing that I noticed as well are the people who are not clients who just fantasize on scenarios and lot of "if" for pages which give a negative feeling on the review thread.

It depends.

Some bad reviews are basically not very informative--"I had high expectations but they weren't met", or "I didn't feel chemistry"--OK. That information is not a very good predictor of service quality in my experience as they can be idiosyncratic to the reviewer.

Repeated, detailed reports on gaffe and/or listless service or hygiene issues, or a few trust or safety issues from credible sources--then I would be far less likely to book.

The overall mix of reviews matters as well--a few dissatisfied clients among many satisfied ones = less weight than the converse.

I agree with everyone, and I think each person has a valid perspective. As mentioned from @Cloud with the current economy, many of us can’t afford to lose money, so for any bad feedback issues can be a major red flag and enough to avoid that service provider altogether.Another point many of you mentioned was hygiene, and I agree that poor hygiene is a huge turn-off. If several members brought up hygiene concerns about the service provider on the same thread and the issue was never resolved, I can understand why others would see that as a dealbreaker. Personally, I’m not a very picky person, and minor issues with services on the menu or weight usually wouldn’t bother me. However, bad hygiene is one issue I simply cannot overlook, and it would stop me from booking her.

Yep. Also for me just LFK and/or no DFK is another reason for me to skip it. Hygiene is a big one. I got reports from the backchannels of some SPs who got a smelly pussy. I take my hygiene very seriously and I would expect the same from the SP especially at those prices.

Around the corner
I don’t really look at reviews much anymore as the ladies I see I know very well and for many years and I know I will always have an amazing time with them.

Anyway when I did read reviews in the past here is what I looked for.

A review that talks mostly about the reviewer and how many orgasm he can give and how many shots on goal he has is not worth reading.

A lady with pages of good reviews and then one or 2 bad ones makes me think that the reviewer should be the one who’s history of reviews I should be looking at and not the provider.

A history of bad reviews especially when the same thing is being repeated by reviewers who have a history of being kind in their reviews is obviously a red flag and should not be dismissed lightly.

When it is a mix of bad and good reviews and I still like the lady enough then I will ask the providers I am seeing their opinions on her, they are usually honest with me about it and tell me if I should consider seeing her or not or. I might also PM a few people I trust on Merb and ask them.

Reviews are always a mixed bag and every bodies experience can be different, it can be the clients fault or the providers or it can simply be that there is no connection whatsoever and neither is at fault.

At the end of the day while nobody likes to spend money for a bad or mediocre experience we are not talking about amounts that will put you in a different tax bracket or change your lifestyle so I don’t get over exited about it.

Short answer: I will still see an SP despite bad reviews (unless unanimously horrible or lots of scam warnings) IF, and ONLY IF, she has already piqued my interest just from her pics or social media.

Most of the time for me to take the initial step of booking an SP, she has to be 8+/10, model-tier (sorry, I know it's shallow) - my thought process here is that "why would I pay for an experience which, on the surface, looks similar to what I've gotten in my personal life?"
Once such an SP has my attention, only unanimous bad reviews or scam alerts can deter me.

With that being said one of my ATFs had 60% negative reviews saying she was mechanical and aloof with a handful of good ones...but every time I saw her it was great. Honestly the fact that many people had bad experiences with her made me enjoy my time with her even more haha
