Je suis un client difficIle a service en raison de mon long baggage du milieux les plaisenterie ou niaiserie ne passe pas
Avec Nadya et Carroll j'ai toujours l'heure juste
Je dois dire également que son recrutement va bon train avec les nouvelles dernière addition .

Well the agency that is best at recruiting girls from other agencies is Sexy Nadya.
At least three of their girls came from XXXtase, two from SD, two from Eleganza.....

The last girl that crossed over from John and Joe to Nadya was Sheryl and this going back at least 3 years ago and from SD that's got to go back in 2011 Anne-Sophie I believe. Speaking of fresh girls how about Zoe and the dedicated Mélodie ; a lovely young woman . I just had a great time with the Lady tonight. Haven't you read Booker's review on Mélodie ?

Actually you just named two more girls that they poached from other agencies and the ranks of unemployed veterans.
The Eleganza girl I was thinking about was Leah and the SD girl was not Anne-Sophie but a Latina girl whose name escapes me. Many thanks. I'll update my previous post.

I've met Nadya several times as a customer and have also met and spoken with many of her girls, so I think I have a pretty good picture of how her recruitment works. I don't think it is accurate to say that Nadya "poaches" on other agencies. The girls approach her on their own initiative because her agency has various unique working conditions that may appeal to their particular preferences: incall, nice hotel room, downtown location, no late night calls.
Girls new to the industry may not be fully aware of all the parameters, or of what they want out of an agency, or of the factors that may make Nadya's VIPs unique, so it is not surprising that she would have a lot of non-debutantes on her roster. The recent debs that I have met, Melodie and Zoe, are both intelligent, astute, well-educated ladies who had clearly done their homework before entering the business. (these comments also apply to Amy, but I don't know whether or not she started with Nadya)

I take offense at your qualification of Anne-Sophie. Unemployed veteran please. She was SD's best when she moved to Nadya. You have not met her because if you would have, you would remember.

Does it really matter where they recruit the girls from as long as it's the girl that initiates the approach by calling the agency or any means of cummunications
Unhappy SP's will not provide a good service anyhow.

I think you need to refine what you mean by "best recruiting agency"? Best recruiting at what? If it's fresh, beautiful, raw talent, there's no question the answer is GG. Filter by (true) age and years of experience, and measure by quality of the service delivered. For everyone that thinks otherwise... I would strongly question their experience.
I think recruitment is the hallmark of Mike and James, as it was with John at Eleganza long before. Have you checked out GG's lineup in the last few weeks??? Fully re-loaded, once again. Granted, GG also poaches from the minor leagues of MTL agencies (Julia comes to mind), but it's a significant step before where Nadya's intakes their girls. Don't get me wrong. I've now had 2 encounters with Nadya's agency, and they were both exceptional. Awesome agency, high standards of service (WTF - standards in this hobby?!?). Nadya's is now solidly in my Top 3 for MTL, and among the few sites I will check directly, rather than MERB. My descriptor for Nadya's is more along the lines of an agency SP veterans go to, when they know better, and want to manage this part of their lives to a more sustainable level. Nadya refines, sands off all the rough edges, makes consistent the promise of high service levels, and in return offers girls manageable daytime hours, a nice incall location and setup, and a fellow SP owner who gets it. It's a very nice strategic position Nadya's has carved out for herself. It can be argued (a bit of a stretch though) that Nadya's and GG are not direct competitors.
But, by my interpretation of your question, it's a shock that Nadya's is leading this poll. In my mind, the answer is GG, and it's not even close.
(MSC doing well, I can believe, as they find a lot of local talent, who bias towards Francophiles.)

Besides my hiring post here on Merb , we don't recruit at all . No news paper advertisement nothing. They all call .
In fact we never received that many calls since I have been operating my agency. But I can't hired them all.
It's very simple when a new prospect calls in , new to the business. she has to understands the theory of expectations
and girls calling from other agencies; well I only hire those that carry a good vibe . Long story short ! I only want the
finest in a GFE companion. Besides who doesn't want to work in the conditions that I provide !
Understand Wolfie that I could have 20 girls a night ! But to what end ... 10 of them would be unhappy with their situations.
This is not about recruiting , it's about selecting !
