Has anyone tried Welldun Pizza. To me its better than Pizza Bouquet, which is ultra thin in the dough, the cheese, and the sauce to where it dries out if you gotta carry it away for beyond 20min and it's not summer outside. Won't happen w/ Welldun. the sauce is more flavorful too than Bouquet. Both are tasty but Welldun wins for me. I recommend... juicy slices, good chew in the crust and cheese.

Been wanting to try Segreta pizza for some time. Either I'm around the vicinty and it's closed, or I'm around but wasn't hugry. Things aligned recently. There had been good things and bad things I've read about Segreta.

When I taste test I rather get a fresh pie than a potentially dried out slice on the counter. I got a pie w/ sausage and it's very good pizza, very thin, just puffy edges. the dough is fermented slow I could tell by the bite, it's gonna be the type of dough which digests well (no bloat like commerical dough).
could have used perhaps a touch more generosity in the cheese. pricey.

I recommend Brama! Between Ahuntsic and Marché Central. The location is a bit weird but not only the pizza, the food is very good!
