Best and worst agencies of Montreal

Truthfully, a booker is basically a logistic manager with horny clients. Especially if it's like an outcall only like vog with their drivers. If you are juggling like 10 to 20 girls with small timeframe and client service. There is a lot to deal with. Not an easy job.
I honestly can see virtually no reason at all to use agencies and reading through here I struggle to understand why people continue to do so. The single benefit used to be that you could book someone on short notice if you were coming in from out of town or some such and these days everyone complains about how difficult it is to book someone at all through the agencies, or at least the "good" ones. I can't speak to that personally lately because I haven't used agencies for years, but that seems to be a regular board comment these days, with respect to the difficulty in booking. My viewpoint is clearly going to be different than that of some of the guys here, but the rigidity, lack of flexibility and the booking hurdles make agencies an absolute last resort from my standpoint. Still, I get that my approach to stuff is not the standard approach and I have no doubt that some guys see benefits in it that I don't, with everyone's use case being different.
I would chime in and saw cost is a huge started point, Indy’s are 400-1000k/hr agency are 250-300$. Indy has less bookings and certainly can be more reliable but outside my last trip I don’t think I had a single agency booking issue. Vog had a duo and both cancelled on me once night but the booker was awesome and scrambled for me and appreciate the efforts, I got gifts for bookers last trip, has a picky customer I ask a lot of questions as have certain likes and requests and with agency they look for answers, Indy is usually we can talk about that face to face and half the time don’t do what I want.
My 2 cents
Indies are more expensive, there are much fewer I want to see, and they are more trouble to book and tend to flake more. In Montreal I see little reason not to use agencies.
I'm not sure why the immediate perception seems to be that Indies are the only other default alternative, although I agree with you generally speaking on your observation about booking them, allowing for exceptions of course. There are reliable and reputable indies just as there are generally reliable agencies. Having said that, if you have personal reasons why agencies better for you then that's fine. I mean no disrespect to your preferences. I don't gainsay anybody's approach to how they want to monger. I just don't understand it myself. I find the rigidity and the restrictions onerous. Again, my experience and my outlook aren't standard for the general community here, so my approach is different. What works for me needn't apply to others.
I virtually see no reason to not use agencies, indy girls dont look better or give better service, they just cost more, paying more for the same or similar thing seems like madness to me
I don't use either agencies or the local indies anymore. My experience abroad taught me that I like to pay by the session off the clock, not by the hour, and that it's better not to pay deposits or provide private screening info. I developed a circle of ladies outside the usual system that I can see in between trips and for the quick and dirty on short notice I go to an mp.
I totally agree. To each their own, as you said. Agency vs Indies is a personal choice, there are pros and cons to each one.
I prefer Indies. I booked with agencies for the longest time, and sometimes I still do. They’re good and have some advantages.
I avoided Indies for a few years because previously, like others, I couldn’t justify the higher prices and the screening, etc.
But I started booking Indies 1-2 years ago, and let me tell you, they’re some of the best experiences that I’ve had. If you book Indies that advertise on Tryst or merb, in general they’re very reliable, professional, low volume and provide a great service.
IMO, the price difference is justified because they’re low volume, and I can easily book the date/time that I want. Low volume is important for me.
Also, there are some amazing girls at the agencies. But I can’t remember the last time that I managed to book one of the popular SPs. They’re usually fully booked by the time the schedule comes out! And I don’t have the time/patience to sit in front of my screen and refresh the page 100 times, completing with 100s of other guys to hopefully get a “spot”.
Instead I’ll text an Indy that I have great chemistry with, book pretty much the time that I want, and I’ll have a more personalized experience. Sure it’s more expensive, but for me it’s worth it.
Again, pros and cons to each one. And to each their own.
