Banning them here and informing them to agencies/indies is definitely a good start but to solve this issue, everyone in this sex industry have to do a lot better screening, must have direct online access to clients recent STD result from reputable clinic, taking the trouble of reporting dangerous clients to law enforcement etc.

I doubt this. I think the debate has been had about sp being cleaner and safer than a civilian hook up because of regular testing.
So then we are to assume they would be trying to pass on the std? No.
I think it’s simply for the feeling. And probably because that’s how they do it in porn.

I've been troubled by the increasing number of requests I've been getting for bbfs. I always wondered if there are actually many escorts who accept. I can't even imagine why anyone would but if there are so many people requesting without any shame, does it mean that they are actually getting this frequently?
