James didnt mention détails, but some clients walk around with their STD check on them and bring it out during the heat of the session to get BBFS.

I remember last year getting a hold of a norwegian study that conclude that appart from the gays and drug addict, escort have no higher std rate then regular population. Yes they have more relation but the level of protection is much higher.

Well, herpes is another story and there's not much we can do about it unless we all request to have our blowjobs performed with a condom in order to reduce 'some' of the risks.
We've probably all have come into contact with an sp who has herpes (and vice-versa) and don't even know about it. Good news is Herpes type 1 is a completely different beast then type 2. So a girl having type 1 cannot transmit to a type 2 while bbbj.
Bad news is what I wrote. When one starts to have symptom of type 2 he may have transmitted to a few without knowing about it...
About 5 years ago I remember reading that tattoo and piercing shop were also a high risk of STD and other disease. I hope they improved.
