I've seen the term "450 look" mentioned a few times on the board. Someone explained it's the area code of Montreal suburbs. But what exactly is a 450 look? How does it compare to 514 Montreal look?

Do girls live in the outskirts of Montreal look differently than the ones living in the city? How so? More Quebecoise/French? Does that imply better or worse? Are they friendlier or less friendly?

I'm from out of town and don't know the cultural reference. Can someone explain? Thanks,merci.

I don't know if 450 girls look really different from the 514 girls. The answer is probably more in the behaviour than in the look I guess. You can easily spot them on the week-ends when they go to night clubs downtown : they tend to stay in groups.

For guys there was a time when it was easy to spot a 450 one: they had mullets!!!!! (What we used to call « coupe Longueuil »)

That's interesting to know.

I'm not familiar with Montreal, or Quebec province. But many of the best looking women in the US, hail from small towns in the Mid West or the South. They may not have the sophistication of big city women, but they win the genetics lottery at birth. I assume similar situation in Anglophone Canada, where the most beautiful women come from prairie provinces, small towns in Ontario, or Atlantic provinces.

Almost everybody here in the province of Québec agree that the best looking girls come from the Saguenay/Lac Saint Jean region. « Gaspésiennes », in general, are depicted as the kinkiest and hottest in bed.

In terms of general attitude - the way they behave, their « easygoingness » if I can coin this term - girls from Rimouski and the Charlevoix regions are the most adorable among all!!!! Maybe this is due to the fact - if this is a fact - that they are not yet contaminated with what characterize (negatively I must say) big cities.

Each time that I travel to Québec city I perceive the difference between them and the women in Montreal. In general, in Québec city they are less stuck-up and they dress well.

I lived a couple of months (in 1979) in Edmonton, Alberta. I think that I saw only one beautiful girl while I was there (as she was crippled) [this is the truth!]. If my memory is not failing me, it was in a small jazz club (The Sun Cafe????) [Now, after few hours, my memory came back: It was the Palms Cafe) where I heard Big Joe Turner and P.J. • Raggy handbag
• Hair -1-2mths overdue at salon
• The "I'm a little hungover" look
• The "I smoke too much" smell
• Little to no make-up when they could really use some
• Little few rolls too many or thin to the point the meat looks like it's gonna slip off the bone
• Too tanned or too pasty white
• Dressed like a teen when they're 20something
• Gum in mouth

A woman can be attractive but 80% of the beauty is hidden behind bad packaging, a "U ain't got nothin' on me" attitude.

Seriously, scruffy ladies do show up from the Top5 agencies almost too regularly. That tells clients they believe their work is only about the physical/sex part... yeah, it's the main part no doubt but the wrapper has to look good too.
