which reminds me, anyone else play the "count the SP game" in the lobby / lounge of a hotel? you're sitting there with a drink chatting with a few buddies, maybe you're just bored out of your mind waiting for your next appointment, counting the number of working girls that head towards the elevator. the reception at a few DT hotels kill time in the late evening doing that. cant blame them.

It irritates me when an agency sp is more than 20 minutes late, and no one calls to tell me what's going on. In my experience, rarely does anyone call when the lady is running late. I really think this should be standard procedure for all agengies. So I'd really wish agencies would adopt this policy.

luv2kayak, i'm with you on that though from the business side, i have to imagine it's insane getting girl x from the south shore to laval while scheduling a pickup of girl y who's downtown. someone should ideally call or txt like a dispatcher - that's why it's a great wish for the list.

then again, you think about pizza delivery and hell, they get a minimum 30mins buffer don't them... well sort of.

i like what small number of owners/bookers have started doing more consistently which is give you a 15-30 minute window for arrival. that's just smart!
over 20mins and i've usually left my hotel room and wait for the agency to call me to let me know they've arrived. just makes life easier for me.

i've differentiated "accuracy of photos" versus "description accuracy" because they're both in need of drastic improvement by the agencies.

everyone gets PO'ed when we see agencies cut and paste the description of one girl onto another girls details... especially in those daily ads when everyone's listed as CIM, DFK very Open. now, no one is asking for services to be listed like "for a limited time you can enjoy SHANELLE while she's got her period" or "Book CASEY while she's on a drug binge"... though that'd be good to know so we could avoid those girls, at least most of us would steer clear.

Another thing I'd like to see is the accurate posting of girls' ages. I'm going to call out one agency in particular, since I deal they're the only one I deal with on a regular basis, but I'm sure the others are just as bad. Funny thing is that most of the girls will tell you the truth if you ask them.

I've just looked at Jessy's website and I do want to single her out for her apparent accuracy. I can't vouch for the ages, but she's not afraid to list women in their mid-30s as such.

Chloe's lists Molly at 25; she was 25 this time last year and one wonders if she's aged. I know how old she was this time last year and I know how old she is this year, having spent her birthday with her. They were off last year and they're a little more off this year.

Catalina is either 19 (website) or 21 (merb post). I'd kind of like to know which.

Marilyn is listed as 25. I've known Marilyn a long time. Heck, I even knew her when she was 25.

Jenna and Vanessa have each confirmed to me that they're 21.

Again, I want to emphasize that I'm using Chloe's as an example because I deal with them often and know the girls' ages. I'm sure the others are no better in this regard.

The funny thing is that I'd much rather see a 21 year old than a 19 year old. There's another board in town on which a rather unsophisticated "gentleman" has coined his own "trademarked" acronym, TISNSFY, "there is no substitute for youth." The poor dolt. What he isn't quite capable of realizing, given his shortcomings, is what there is no substitute for is experience.

Is it too much to ask for a normal, decent, non-flash, easy to read, easy to navigate website?

Seriously, I do not need flaming backgrounds - your cousin that did your site and told you that it would be cool is a moron.
We do not need zooming slideshows, nor animation, or worse, ridiculously horrid and loud music. Just simple, decent sized accurate pictures, with basic information on an easy to read, navigate and pleasant looking site.

Stop complicating it with mouseover's and gadgets, especially when you do not know something as simple as cross browser compatibility.

We are customers, please treat that way. The quicker and easier your site is to go through, the faster we will be inclined to book.
