That could be an interesting thread too. I actually don't understand why Grenouilleforever should be deemed worthy of finalist consideration in 2015 Reviewer of the Year, although I thought Handi did a great job on that thread and all other finalists were deserving of selection. This could be a topic in that disclosure thread because I am curious what the rationale would be for voting for this individual.
Don't you think if MDF was indeed Grenouille the mods would have delete the account ? Don't you think they questionned them? I know Grenouille and it's not MDF. Leave them alone
Just noticed RB is banned and so I read (most of) this thread. Couldn't resist, it was rather entertaining.
To me this action seems over the top and heavy-handed. I hope he is allowed to come back and post again in the future.
Tell me how many guys (aside from the agencies...) share top-shelf talent like RB did. Not many. In this regard people like RB bring tremendous value to the board. I could care less if he got some special consideration from the ladies from posting their reviews, as long as his information was accurate and reliable. Which appears to be the case based on other people's reviews. He may have handled some things not the best way, but it appears he tried to make things right. And he seemed to really value participating in this forum.

Never met the guy in person, but his posts and numerous reviews are always fun to read, and he always comes off as really genuine and sincere in his writing. Dunno why you (or UncleBob) have negative things to say about him. Currently he's 2nd place in the poll btw, so apparently the majority doesn't share your opinion.
Well not much negative against Grenouille really if it is only that he posted a retiring thread and he seems to have another active handle in the name of Mydear_Friend69.
Many here pointed out in many threads MDF69 posted in that he wrote exactly the same way as Grenouille.
MDF69 does not seems to deny it with vigor yet.
Apart their writing being exactly the same, I guess there is not enough "proof" for the mods (Same IP for exemple) to act against this trickery.

Maybe Mods have an accumulation of complaints that justify a preventive Ban at least during investigation...

Wow this thread is turning into Days of Our Lives lol. It's way too long to read all the posts, I'll wait for the movie to come out.
Need I also remind everyone that RickyBonds was the leading vote getter in the Reviewer of the Year nomination thread and one other finalist (Wolfie7) was also banned and disqualified?
See the post below regarding GFE - someone who retired (if we accept that as really the truth) shouldn't be eligible, just like retired SPs are not eligible- I don't believe in double standards. This kind of proves to me he isn't really retired at all. You did the poll and I praised your selection of finalists, but I didn't agree with this one and you have my reasons. None of this has ever been answered. Because GFE said something to you in private doesn't make me believe it. I go by what I see and read, this is anonymous posting that we are talking about. Is he retired or not? Is he retired but still posting?
Just as an addendum to my last post- no retired person should be eligible for any poll. They are just taking up the spot of an active contributing member, or SP, or agency owner, which isn't fair. I do not believe in placeholders in these polls. The future is now and the past, for a truly retired person, is the past. And if he isn't retired, he shouldn't be in the poll because he is full of kaka. Either way, this is or should be common sense. If you want to start a "Best Retired Reviewer" poll, then GFE may qualify, but what would be the point of such a poll?

Effectively Mod's asked me questions, and I gave them explanations. I admit that my reviews are very similar to GF style, very easy to understand, and I gave explanations to Mod's without trying to foul them.
It's funny to see some members always trying to find "shit", or assuming that they are smarter than our Mods. Our Mods are doing a great job, and they have a life too.
My understanding of this board is that primarly, we post reviews for Indies, agencies, SP's, MP's and Strip joint.
Then I answer PM's that I received.
Reply on personal attack is not really in my nature, and whatever I will share some people have their mind set and nothing will make them changed. Already this thread is 14 pages long, what did we achieve. Not much, only that some members took the occasion to drop insults. Was I suppose to reply ? I believe I owe explanations only to Mod ? Maybe I am wrong.
Last summer the board was so pleasant and fun, and then slowly I noticed more attacks, insinuations. It is less fun now. I do not have over 10,000 posts but I believe that my reviews are respectful and they do help many nice ladies to meet nice gentlemen, and I am very happy if that help. Because at the end, everybody is happy. And that's what we are looking for in life; HAPPINESS.

After the polls ill leave merb too, because in my opinion this thing as become only a marketing/power trip tool for too many users. RB is not the only one. People now use merb to get things they want.

I think you are mistaken. Nobody has been attacked. I stated an opinion on retired posters not being eligible which is common sense. Handi for your information when most SPs retire the Mods enforce a rule of not discussing them so the ladies can move on with their lives when they leave the business. Many ladies ask for a DNR policy and there is a sticky thread on it. I believe. There is no logical reason to have double standards. Do not take this as personal criticism as you did a very good job on these polls and your efforts were appreciated I believe by the board.
The bottom line is that there is a lot of deception in marketing in this business, the Mods don't have the time to catch most of it and we shouldn't be accepting of it. You should both go back and read BookerL's post on the matter as he is someone who worked in the business for years. Members don't want a shill board. I don't want a shill board. I never met and have nothing personal against any of the persons discussed in these posts. But people who are getting discounts for reviews and retired posters shouldn't be getting awards. That's my opinion and it's allowed.

You are right, I never did it publicly but I did it to Mod and I believe that was enough. Damage is done. I am marked, and so GF. That's life what can we do. I will continue meeting ladies, but not share my reviews as they will not be helpful anymore. As for GF, there are certain things that he does not share with me anymore. And he asked me to stop bothering with me with the hobby. Any other services, I can ask. Yes was my friend, outside Merb. He got me in, he helped me, he is still my friend, and he will always be. Our friendship was not based on this hobby.

Simple solution, as MDF69 and GF seem to like many of the same ladies, pick one who is willing to meet you both at the same time for a coffee and be done with this. If you are telling the truth you have notihng to hide and knowing both of your personalities on the board, you would have no problem meeting someone that the both of you list as a fav sp for a drink and knowing some of those ladies very well, I am sure one or two would also like to see a resolution to this matter.

You're wrong, you owe explanation to the community according to me as the insinuations agains you, MDF69/Grenouille, IF they are true, would mean that you, Grenouille/MDF69, would have FOOLED the whole community.
I know that Grenouille is not that retired and still read merb. He even throw a review recently and voted in the polls. And I know that he is still booking SPs...
So I'm surprised he does not come here to take your defense since this is an important issue that concerns him and is as important to reply as voting for girls and guys or making reviews etc, to clear up his reputation. Cause the insinuations are directed to GF as well. He certainly would not want to retire in this controversy about him.
