Recruitment - What is the secret ?

Good morning,

I noticed that some agencies are able to recruit and retain great ladies that were not in this business field. Very often, it is ladies with a full time activity (either a job, a project or student).

How do they make it ?

• Advertisement
• Word of mouth

Any other ideas.

I am very curious.

Everybody knows(or is pretty sure) its the same guy.

Should they be the same person (GF & MDF69), then what I don't like is the trickery of using and posting with two handles during a year (Even posting praise to each other, well mostly MDF69 to GF).
Such behavior would be, I think, a deception to his merb friends... That would mean that he thinks we are TATA...

If they are the same person, Maybe some people have noticed long ago the similarities of both members and informed GF/MDF69 through PM forcing GF to take a decision concerning one of his handles...

If they ARE NOT the same person, then it is the most successfull merb member impersonation to date.

After starting a long retirement thread to say "goodbye" under the old persona, I would say adoption of a new persona would be a tad duplicitous, no? Not to mention laughing at and insulting the collective intelligence of the board and attempting to humiliate its Mods by posting with duplicate handles.

However I leave it up to the Mods to worry about whether or not it's true. If so the duplicity should be explained. I kind of thought the GF thread on his retirement was just a bunch of BS and didn't pay much attention to it. I have seen threads like that before and 80% of the time it was unequivocal bullshit. Most people who retire just leave, no drama, they just disappear.

In my experience, there are a few ways agencies can differentiate themselves:

*pay (i.e. the ladies' cut of the fee)
*some owners/bookers expect/request sex from the girls, and refuse to give shifts to women who demur (aka, scumbag agencies)
*flexibility regarding how often the girl has to work
*some agencies make the girls spend their entire shifts in a car; others allow them to remain at home until there's a call for them

Basically, it comes down to the same things that differentiate employers in any industry: pay and respect.

I tend to repeat with the same few girls and same agency. Let's just say that I prefer certainty,predictability and the comfort level that comes with it. In both of my regular girls's cases, they have said that they had various boyfriends cheat on them ( no idea why guys would want to cheat on these 2 beautiful girls BTW…) so they feel that they would rather become escorts than to get hurt again for a period of time. They also mention that they have had a friend in the business, that they have thought long & hard about their decision but in the end, they enjoy meeting nice gentlemen that treat them with respect & dignity, some give them great sex and they get paid for it and are able to lead a better high end lifestyle to meet their goals. They both have said that they consider the agency very carefully as the better agencies obviously have the better clients.
