Tonight is the championship game in the Memorial Cup where the unbeaten Medecine Hat Tigers will host the OHL champions London Knights who are led by future Leafs star Easton Cowan. The Knights’ lone loss in the tournament was against these same Tigers in the final game of the round robin. That game was a very tight game & i expect the same thing will happen tonight but with a Knights win. Go Knights!

C’est bizarre, presque tous les experts du Québec donnent les Oilers gagnants, beaucoup en 6, certains en 5!!!
Comme si les Big Cats avaient soudainement faiblis défensivement.

Perso je crois qu’on va avoir une série qui va se rendre à la limite, avec un léger avantage à la Floride, car je crois que Paul Maurice est un meilleur entraîneur et qu’il va trouver des façons de rendre sa défense encore plus hermétique au fur et à mesure que la série va se prolonger. Edmonton doit impérativement prendre une avance rapide de quelques matchs pour espérer gagner.

My recollection is Edmonton didn't get much out of Draisaitl in the finals last year, so this was a great start for him.

As usual i didn't watch the OT cause it's too late for me (except when it's the Habs), but i'm so glad the Oilers won! Exciting hockey overall, and first game at home was definitely a must win.

Watching the game, I noticed that Panthers players kind of jump often on their body checks on Oilers players.
I didn't think it was legal since it target the head.
But the NHL doesn't care much players safety, the show is more important !
