This is true. I have been seeing the same 2 ladies for over 7 years and I have never said I would be a regular. If we're inside, a little bit of rain doesn't matter, I'll be there. Even outside, an umbrella solves the problem. The only time I'll be looking at cancelling or rescheduling is if we're under a major snowstorm or a thunderstorm that leads to flooding.

Last summer, I was looking forward to a picnic, it end up raining, end up doing it indoor.

Feels like it was an excuse of said person wanting to cancel
