Does anybody have any suggestions on what is the best platform to sell adult domain names? Has anybody had any experience selling adult domain names? Is there such a thing as an adult domain name broker that charges a commission fee upon a succesful domain name transaction?

You can put up a simple page using something like cloudflage pages with a form to email.

you can always check on gfy.com if some affiliate is interested in the domain.
