Toronto and the Peel region will go under complete lockdown like the first wave as of Monday. Took them long enough. They shut down stripclubs but everything else including MPs continue to operate. Cases has not dropped so they need to stop blaming bars for everything.

but proportionnately to us (quebec) they have a similar number of cases. however we have been pretty stable at this number while they have been steadily climbing i guess

Manitoba has much few cases yet they implemented total lockdown and the measures that are akin to a totalitarian government. The Wal-Marts that can open had to cover all items that the government said was non essential. So forget about buying clothes. The government chooses what you can buy. No one is allowed to be out on their front lawn to chat with a neighbor. Everything is forbidden. People should revolt against this type of draconian treatment.
