Generally, I would see these kind of people as inconsiderate to others. So, in all fairness, wouldn't want to hang out with them.

Would you want to be friends with someome who regularly leaves their trash on the table in fast-food restaurants?

No. My friends are on the complete opposite of that spectrum, I've had a friend stop his car on the side of the road to pick up the trash that someone threw out the window from another car. Lol

Fast food employees don't get paid enough to pick up invidividual customers' trash.
