Proper Etiquette To Reaching Out To Agencies

Hey guys, any help is greatly appreciated. I have been using Montreal agencies for a while and I usually message them here and then call from my real # if they reply back. But recently I have not heard back from an agency?

Not sure what I should do? Do they not want business with me? I have always been respecrful. Is it faux pas to contact them here first? Should I call them now and mention that I messaged here on MERB?
