Je me demandais combien se fait une fille, exemple, une fille de l'agence X qui demande 240.00, combien elle empoche? Et pourquoi elle ne va pas à son compte? Oui je sais plus facile pour le booking mais quel est la motivation de partager ses revenus? Je me questionne, merci de m'éclairer.

I’ll add also that clients prefer agency as it’s just less risky in terms of physical appearance and service. Implicitly, you trust they hire attractive women since they are incentivized to do so and you also expect a certain level of service. With independants, you are pretty much going on faith as pics can be fake and people are generally not the most self-aware with their own looks and/or have subpar services.
In the end, some will make more money if they become independant while others will not.
