There's something so primal & satisfying when eating a well cooked steak!
Given that we all know a good memorable BJ is in unlimited abundance as we are members of the Pay2Play Society, this is not hard to find anymore. As for a great piece of steak and a good restaurant that knows how to give it the proper respect, well it may take some work to find one that will resonate with our taste buds. So I pick steak.
I can bet that if we put 20 people in an fMRI, more of their brain would light up with a A5 waygu steak or a New Zealand grass fed steak than any bj. I suspect the only way that can be beaten is if you were getting one from a childhood crush or long lost lover that would bring up memories in addition to the sensation you were feeling at the moment.

Point-counterpoint: what with the price of beef, a steak is more of a "special occasion" for me. Spending-wise, I prioritize my loins over my stomach at least as far as luxury cuisine is concerned. See my above post about how scarcity of goods/services increases their value.

You really have to do it well. Good home quality steak and A5 wagyu from Nobu with perfect sear is ridiculous. Also aged steak at a steakhouse where they have those massive searing machines that go to hundreds of degrees and the meat is dripping with juices.
If given the choice, I tend to go for the Surf and Turf option.
