I always shower before and after a session. If there's no shower, I don't stay. And that's even if I just came from home or the gym freshly showered. It's good hygiene and makes me feel better and that way the provider knows I'm clean. It's also a sign of respect for the lady.

I happened to be in the US for a vacation and our timing coincided with the US Thanksgiving week and Black Friday sales. Some of the prices on clothing were so aggressive with the sales and promotions, that even with our pathetically weak Canadian dollar, the deals were amazing.
