I find that XO has been pretty good in trying to have a diverse line-up in terms of ethnicity. I love Euphoria (arguably my favorite agency), but always Quebecois/white is boring. Montreal agencies pale in diversity though, compared to places like Toronto, etc. I love women of all ethnicities...

WRONG...some SPs accept a client's MERB handle as a form of reference. It's way better than giving your actual identity, and this is usually what I do. Ditto for certain agencies.
