Catching any of those STD's would not qualify as "no issue" though. Most people wear condoms to protect from STD's because they consider it to be serious. As for pregnancy... "they have pills for that", hardly seems like the right approach.

Condoms do more than protect from HIV - so I wouldn't say they have low condom usage with "no issue".
