That's precisely why I just bit the bullet and took the Hotel de la Montagne for $100 ($120CAD) through Expedia. It probably cost me about $10-$15 a night extra, but to be in the hotel of my choice, I can deal with that.:cool:

Thanks to everyone who responded. I came across the Hotel de la Montagne being offered for $127/night (Canadian) through expedia.ca, so I think I just might take it. I would rather pay a little more than risk getting stuck in a hotel I don't like.

I'm 31. To be quite honest I'm not that concerned about the age of the people around me, so long as the music and vibe are both good and the dancefloor packed. (Well that's not entirely true-- I'm not interested in partying with kids, but they're not allowed in clubs anyway :cool: ) .
