Quality of a $200 girl in MTL is around $400 in NYC (So thats $500 CAD), but the hardest part is just finding the right one.

I used to do a lot of weekend trips since air, hotel, food for a Friday to Sunday trip was around 700 - 900 and the girls were always a bargain at 160 - 180 CAD. But these days the rates in NYC have gone down so low i have not made a trip up north all this year.
