That's the whole purpose of reviews. If an agency lies about age (sometimes as much as 10 years) and weight (sometimes 15 to 20 lbs more than advertisedd) then I would refuse the SP and write a review about my displeasure with the agency. Money is power so why not use it ?:confused:
