I recently had a guy try to blackmail me and he threatened to write bad reviews on my thread because I told him I no longer wished to see him as a client. I really do think these people should be named on merb. It's really disgusting behavior.

Hmm, I guess I say that because I haven't seen any agencies here take on any visiting girls. Or at least haven't seen any advertisements featuring girls who are from out of town. But you would probably know more about it than I would.

Nadya hires all types of girls - implants are definitely not required, even if they are the norm there. I think it'll be difficult to work for an agency for a few days. New girls have to have photos taken, a web page made, and have to learn the workings of the agency. I'm not sure an agency...

I agree, it's a turn off to hear how many clients an SP has, but I think putting things into numbers is the most effective way to demonstrate my point. And I think it's an important point to make. Oh and I should mention that I don't have any intention of inspiring jealousy in other Indys...

You should add to that last line "But it can happen--my partner has a boyfriend and most days he wants to strangle himself. It's certainly not easy being in relationship and doing this job...I'd love to see an interview one day featuring boyfriends of SPs! That'd be such an interesting read...

As an agency girl turned Indy I think there is a HUGE difference between the two! Agency girls are far from autonomous - they don't have the luxury of choosing their clients, their rates, or how much time to spend with their clients (client books for 1hr you can't give him an extra 15 min), etc.

You make a good point here. I did/still do favor my reviewers quite a bit - not so much with monetary discounts but by giving them preferential treatment when I make my schedule, as a token of my appreciation. So that is technically a perk I give in exchange for a review, and maybe some people...

I disagree, I think getting good reviews and paying attention to them is important no matter who you are in the industry or whether or not you need the extra business. I do think, however, that it's far more important for debutantes than for SPs who are already well-established. As a debutante...

I would imagine that once something is out there it's very difficult to get it off the internet entirely. And of course most people will never know if a video of them is circulating online - I know I would never come across one if I were filmed. So I don't think legal recourse would be better...

I actually greatly prefer beer to wine, but will usually stick with wine before an encounter because beer can make you pretty bloated (not the best thing if you're trying to look good for your client!). It's possible there are more SPs out there who like beer but think along the same lines.
