In all seriousness, the problem really arises when the police catch you *having paid* for the deed. If someone could pay for it in a way that cannot be proven, C-36 stops being a consideration at all.

Sorry for being paranoid, but if the police gets in the room and see the girl with a wad of cash in a birthday card/envelope they're not going to be fooled. Using cryptocurrencies removes the "paying in person" problem with cash, whilst also taking care of the problem of electronic transactions...
