Luvdozer is right on the money. I would like to add that Gibby's is much less expensive than Cheval (i.e. they don't charge you $12 for a potato and $15 for veggies!). AND IMHO Gibby's steak is a little bit better. However, because I like ambiance, for every 9 visits to Cheval I do 1 to Gibby's.

I like the presentation because in the past whenever I took the next available, it seems I got the worst girl in the salon each time. That is not fair to me. So now I go to salons that offer the presentation or to the salons where I know who I want. I don't always want the prettiest, actually...

In order here are my recommendations. The biggest screen in town is 1909 Taverne Moderne right next to the Bell Centre. Their screen is 46 feet by 20 feet!!!! Crisp and clear quality!!!! Houston's. Then you have Sports Station, many screens. Peel Pub?

Joe Beef, highly overrated. Been once and never again. I really don't understand the 3 month wait. Better food and services at Gibby's, 40 Westt, Queue de Cheval, Keg, Moishe's etc... Joe Beef is definitely last on the list.

Maxim!! Go to the train station. There is a food court, grab a table and a drink and enjoy the show. It is not upscale but you will have a great show. It is the main link in between several office buildings in Montreal so you will get lots of sexy women walking by as well as sitting around...
