Even the latest generation phones shoot 4K and are quite good at reducing camera shake. 120P for the pop even ;)

Newer generation OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and IBIS (In Body Image Stabilization) is quite impressive, and shake is significantly reduced. Autofocus and tracking is so good that you can look at the action directly instead of being fixed on the OLED.
