Not one I tried until recently and it is probably my fave now. Some call it the down dog, other the downward dog. Basically she lies flat on her stomach with her hips raised a bit. Feels great.

I like to dim the lights or have some coming from another room. Never completely off and never on. It doesn't set the right mood when it is too bright.

To tell you the truth, I don't know the period or periods that I'm listening to. I have a subscription on RDIO and found a collection of 110 tracks. Best of type of thing. Been listening to that but there are many more albums. I'll try to find and compare the ones you mentioned.

I started listening to Miles Davis recently and can't seem to stop. As long as I'm in a good mood. System of a Down is my favorite when I'm pissed or wound up. Often for the last 2.5 years. Trivium is not bad either.
