I think so, just realized it by checking on IMDB :) "Get out" and then "it follows" were pioneers it think in this new wave of horror movies. Both were pretty good.

A bit disappointed by the second opus, the actress is incredibly good but the story a bit lazy. "It Follows" is still the best of this whole modern horror movies trend.
