Back in 2010 i was on a cruise with carnival,. i met Bill a guy from Dallas, the things he said i been to Canada not impressed, you are not American your accent sucks, i told him good look with your fatty liver the guy had a huge gut.
I give everyone a chance but honest so far its all i seen from Americans you are right not everyone is like that but for me its all i saw. Trump is not putting Canada in shit he is putting everyone in shit. And now the whole world hates him

I have travelled on business for many years throughout the US and while I don’t think on average they are well educated compared to Europe most of the people are decent human beings wanting the same things, basically a better life for their children than they had.
It is their shit politicians that are to blame but politicians aren’t that great in Canada either.

You said it Carnival was ouch we had fun but lot of things on the boat were broken. Like i said and this is for every nationality, i talk to people wont judge but it all depends and what you say to me, and how you treat me or others. Are all Americans bad no of course not but from my personal experience i had less than stellar encounters with them, this is why i chose not to retire in an expat community in Mexico, in old age i want to enjoy my remaining years not get into arguments and fights about how better a country is than the other.
