I want to take you out of the city this summer to a beautiful lavender farm—La Maison Lavande. Imagine us sitting under the shade of a big tree, enjoying a quiet picnic together. While we eat, we can soak in the breeze and the soft scent of lavender drifting from the nearby fields. We’ll explore the area, take photos around the charming purple house, and if it gets too warm, we can cool off with some lavender ice cream.

What do you think—are you in?

So, imagine this: We start our evening at this little hidden gem, Le Club Chasse et Pêche. You wouldn’t even know it’s a Michelin-recommended restaurant just by looking at the outside. The facade is pretty discreet—no flashing signs or big names, just a small plate with the restaurant’s name and the little Michelin plate next to it. It's almost like a secret you have to know about to find.
1000205877.jpg

We step inside, and the vibe completely shifts. The ambiance is warm and intimate, with dim lighting that makes everything feel like it’s enveloped in a soft glow. You almost forget about the outside world. The place is quiet, hushed—just the gentle hum of voices and the sound of wine glasses clinking. It feels like we’re stepping into something special, something that’s just for us.
1000205879.jpg

Once seated, we glance over the menu, but honestly, there's a special dish I'd suggest: if they have the bluefin tuna on the specials, you absolutely have to try it. They serve it as sashimi with heirloom tomatoes, and I swear, it’s like the tuna melts in your mouth, paired perfectly with the sweetness of the tomatoes. It’s simple, but it tastes like it’s been crafted just for this moment. That said, if the tuna isn’t on the menu, don’t worry—one of their regular dishes is the oven-baked oysters, and they’re seriously amazing. They come out bubbling and golden, with a delicate, rich flavor that makes them unforgettable. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
1000205878.jpg

After we’re done with dinner, we take a leisurely stroll through Old Port. The streets are quiet, but alive with the charm of the city. We walk down this beautiful little alley that’s lined with trees—these tall trees with sharp purple flowers that almost seem to glow in the night. It’s like stepping into a secret garden right in the middle of the city. The whole walk feels surreal, like we’re in a movie.
1000205871.jpg

Eventually, we arrive at Perché, this rooftop restaurant that feels like it’s perched above the whole city. When you step in, it’s like you’re floating. The view of Old Port is incredible, and by the time we’re sitting down, the sun’s starting to set. The sky turns this amazing blend of blues and oranges, just bathing the whole city in this warm, golden glow. It feels like we’re seeing the world from up above, like we’re watching the whole city breathe.
1000205875.jpg

1000205874.jpg

And as we sip our drinks, the sun slowly disappears behind the horizon, and the lights of the city start twinkling. Off in the distance, you can spot the Ferris wheel and the Chapiteau from Cirque du Soleil, glowing against the fading sky. It’s peaceful—like time just slows down, and all that matters is this moment.
1000205873.jpg

After finishing our drinks, we leave Perché and walk hand-in-hand, taking in the quiet beauty of the Old Port at night. And when we finally make our way back to the bedroom, the city lights outside our window softly illuminate everything, and it feels like the night is ours.

The whole experience is just... perfect.

Club Chasse et Pêche is recommended but not a starred restaurant. As you see, there is no star on the plate.

do you want to try it with a date or a client?
You see that is what I mean.
if You had a client who was pleasant company, then maybe going off the clock wouldnt be so bad.

PS: I am not asking. In general I am not super into Michelin restuarants. I sometimes think the food is over worked.
I am more of Jacques Pepin kind of guy

I don't really see what you mean, sometimes I go to restaurants with friends or alone, sometimes I go with clients. I've been on dates to restaurants, but I'm not greedy and I don't require someone paying a meal for me in order for me to date them. If I go to a restaurant with a date it's usually me paying for both of us, and yes that includes men. I've also bought friends lunch and dinner many times.

I've already explained my position on ''going off the clock'', it's not because a client is pleasant company that I will see him outside of bookings.. most of my clients are pleasant company. :) I'm not going to write down the reasons again, you can look above and see. I think my explanation is perfectly reasonable.

I'm not really into michelin star restaurants either, and Giselle just said that this specific restaurant doesn't have a star. I don't actually go to fancy restaurants that often to be honest, it's nice once in a while but it's a luxury and should be fully appreciated.

I hadn't seen this post until now. I need to take a civilian or SP on this experience (though I would make sure they know I'd change whatever needs to be changed based on their personal preferences)
This is a place I want to try ;)

I'm sure a client will take you there. I'm glad I made this thread.

The Michelin stars thing is such a weird and cool evolution of early 20th century marketing. I want more cross-product recommendations. Like, where is Trojan Condom's list of best farmers markets, or the Mercedes-Benz directory of Silver Star Orthodontists?

Just read your ideas again, seems like I have lot of options I've tried already:
- Putting edge for the glow in the dark mini putt
- Arcade: Rec room, Mira entertainment, 3 monkeys
- Waterslide and beach at Super Aqua Club
- Camping, I recommend the ready to camp / prêt à camper with the wood house type (but you won't see the stars although there are some sites with star gazing zones)
- I have a puppy lol
Adding to the list of arcades: Funhub
