As a newB to the hobby and MTL, I’m curious about etiquette for providing the room number. Is it common when arriving in town to not have the hotel room number until just before the appointment? As context: I have an appointment for 4pm, hotel check-in is 3pm, and I arrive in Montreal at 2pm...
