I would have thought the SS protocol would be to shoot the assassin before he got off a volley of shots, not after the guy they are supposed to protect is down. After all, lots of spectators saw the guy and alerted the SS that there was a guy on the roof with a gun, and the SS had snipers in place.

Just got back from my first trip to Cuba. Overall a good trip but the number of bad things outweigh the good things. The bad- food, hotels, mosquitos, language barrier, scammers, little internet, no newspapers and you have to negoiate for most everything. The good- beautiful women, low prices...
