Maine Blue Cheese Salad with grilled Arctic Char. The Char was perfectly grilled and soft as butter:

A big favorite of mine is Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos. These were very good- even better than they look. They are draped with pickled onions and a wasabi aioli which had a very high wasabi to mayo ratio, as it should be!

Smoked Fish Chowder is fairly popular in Maine. This one is made with Smoked Halibut. Again, it's lightly dairyed as compared to typical New England style Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque. A few splashes of cream:

What trip to Maine is complete without a Maine style lobster roll- lightly mayoed and served cold or room temperature, although they also offer the Connecticut style, hot and buttered at most seafood restaurants:

Losing a 4 goal lead and then winning on an own goal is not exactly a great look for Vegas, but I feel like if luck is ever going to favor any team, it will be the one for Vegas. This is in the cards.
