That is what I wrote in my OP, the wealthy yes or the retired that payed off his mortage. Not the average joe working a job. There is a big difference.

In this day and age I doubt anyone has enough to buy a house at 25 or much less at 40. There are sure a few but not much. For sure in the 90s, but this guy would be close to his 60s today if he got a house at 25 in the 90s. I rest my case.

I agree. The stuff I heard there is starting to have more and more scammers on Tryst and lots of bad service. I stick to agencies for the most part. I like the simplicity of the booking process and the prices are much more competitive.

When I used to live in Toronto it was usually the Chinese from China (Not Canadian born Chinese) that were yelling in Cantonese/Mandarin from one end of the but to the other. Maybe it is the norm in their country to speak out lout like that.
